Black Bear Compost	Black Bear Garden Blend
Screened to 3/8", our compost is made from local food scraps, leaves and greenwaste. Makes an outstanding soil amendment that improves soil health — naturally. Black Bear Compost is US Composting Council's Seal of Testing Assurance certified and meets their parameters for improving soil for fruits & vegetables, trees & shrubs and lawns.	60% Black Bear Compost and 40% local topsoil makes a wonderful blend for starting new raised beds, tree planting and all-around landscaping soil. Note that the topsoil portion of this blend is not guaranteed to be weed free since it was not heated to the same high temperatures as our compost was.

Two ways to buy our compost:

• Delivery by Dump Truck - We are happy to bring our compost to you in our small dump truck, which holds up to 10 cubic yards (CY) of compost (or 8 cubic yards of garden blend). $3.45/mile for delivery plus tax. 3 CY minimum per delivery.
  Call or email us and we can firm up the details.
• Pick up at our Facility - If you have your own truck or a trailer, we'll load you up. Our loader has an oversized bucket, so please let the operator know how many cubic yards you are interested in. Limit of 6 CY per customer.

We accept cash, checks and can occasionally figure out our credit card reader to accept all major credit cards.
